摘  要:针对半桥型电磁炉逆变器的脉冲频率调功(PFM)策略存在低功率段调功能力不足的问题,提出了一种脉冲频率-非对称脉冲宽度(PFM-APWM)混合调功策略。该策略在高功率段通过调节工作频率调功,低功率段通过调节占空比调功,克服了PFM低功率调功能力差的问题,并降低了逆变器的最高工作频率,减少了器件损耗,提升了器件工作可靠性。同时,提出适用于PFM-APWM策略的功率切换(PL)和频率切换(FL)两种切换模式,实现功率闭环控制。最后通过样机试验验证该混合调功策略的可行性和有效性。To solve the problem of the poor low-output power adjustment performance of the Pulse Frequency Modulation(PFM)strategy for half-bridge induction cooker inverters,a PFM-APWM hybrid power regulation strategy is proposed.This strategy adjusts the power in the high-power section by adjusting the operating frequency and in the low-power section by adjusting the duty cycle,which overcomes the problem of poor PFM low-power modulation function.The maximum operating frequency of the inverter is reduced,the loss of the device is reduced,and the reliability of the device is improved.Two switching modes for PFM-APWM are also proposed for the closed-loop control.The feasibility and the effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified in experimental studies.
