摘　　要：为实现电机保护器小型化、智能化的设计目标,提出了一种新型电热式电机保护方法。介绍了电热式温度测量部分的结构,并建立了热元件温升与电流的数学模型,通过仿真求解该模型来确定保护器的动作温升值,配合STM32单片机的智能化控制,实现对电机的过载、断相和接地保护。In order to achieve the goal of miniaturization and intelligence of motor protector,a novel electro-thermal motor protection method is proposed.The structure of Electro-thermal temperature measurement part is introduced,and the mathematical model of temperature rise and current of thermal element is established.By solving the model through simulation,the operating temperature rise of protector can be determined.The overload,phase failure and grounding protection of motor can be realized with the intelligent control of STM32 single chip microcomputer.
