摘 要:双馈直线电机因其定动子都通入三相可控交流电而具有优良的调速性能,却存在法向力大和端压较高等缺点。为此提出一种新型长定子空芯绕组双边双馈直线电机结构(LIS-DSDFLM)并研究其特性。首先,基于一维准静态磁场建立了LIS-DSDFLM的气隙磁场数学模型,并通过仿真验证。然后,通过迭代仿真计算出满足高速磁浮运行要求的电机结构参数。最后,根据LIS-DSDFLM与相同结构参数的双馈直线电机仿真对比,发现LIS-DSDFLM在保证相同推力的条件下能有效降低电机法向力和定子端压,提升双馈直线电机的应用前景。The doubly-fed linear motor has excellent speed regulation performance because its stator is connected with three-phase controllable alternating current,but it has disadvantage of large normal force and high end voltage.In this paper,a novel structure of doubly fed linear motor Long Ironless Stator Double-Sided Doubly-Fed Linear Motor(LIS-DSDFLM)is proposed and studied.Firstly,based on one-dimensional quasi-static magnetic field,the mathematical model of air gap magnetic field of LIS-DSDFLM is established and verified by simulation.Then,the structural parameters of the motor that meet the requirements of high-speed maglev operation are calculated through iterative simulation.Finally,according to the simulation comparison between LIS-DSDFLM and the doubly-fed linear motor with the same structural parameters,it is found that LIS-DSDFLM can effectively reduce the motor normal force and stator end voltage under the condition of ensuring the same thrust,and improve the application prospect of the doubly-fed linear motor.
