滋肾安年汤治疗肾阴虚证围绝经期综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾安年汤治疗肾阴虚证围绝经期综合征的的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至10月就诊于江西省妇幼保健院的60例肾阴虚证围绝经期综合征患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组各30例。治疗组给予滋肾安年汤治疗28 d,对照组不给药。比较两组患者入组时、入组14、28 d的改良Kupperman评分及肾阴虚证候评分,观察治疗组的疗效。结果两组入组时的改良Kupperman评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组入组14、28 d时的改良Kupperman评分均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组入组时的肾阴虚证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组入组14、28 d的肾阴虚证候评分均低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率为73.33%。结论滋肾安年汤治疗肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征能使患者的改良Kupperman评分及肾阴虚证候评分明显下降,疗效良好,且治疗效果与治疗时间有关。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zishen Annian Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency.Methods A total of 60 cases of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney yin deficiency syndrome in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Jiangxi Province from January to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group were given Zishen An′nian Decoction for 28 days,and the control group was not administered.The modified Kupperman index score and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome scores of two groups before enrollment,14 days and 28 days of enrollment were compared,and the curative effect of the treatment group was observed.Results There was no significant difference in the modified Kupperman index score between the two groups(P>0.05).The modified Kupperman index score of the treatment group at 14 and 28 d was lower than that of the control group at the same period,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the score of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of kidney-yin deficiency syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group at 14 and 28 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 73.33%.Conclusion Zishen Annian Decoction in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with kidney-yin deficiency can significantly reduce the improved Kupperman score and kidney-yin deficiency syndrome scorewith good curative effect,and the therapeutie effect is related to the treatment time.
