摘　　要：目的探讨硝呋太尔和三维制霉素栓治疗妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者阴道菌群紊乱的效果。方法回顾性选取2019年1月至2020年12月瑞金市妇幼保健院妇产科收治的60例妊娠期霉菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗,观察组采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏联合三维制霉素栓治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、阴道pH值、不良反应总发生率、复发率、菌落≥1/2面积率、阴道菌群纠正率。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的阴道pH值低于对照组,随访3个月,观察组的疾病复发率低于对照组,观察组的菌落≥1/2面积率、阴道菌群纠正率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗妊娠霉菌性阴道炎时,联合硝呋太尔与三维制霉素栓治疗,可显著提高治疗效果,改善阴道环境,提高阴道内有益菌群面积率,阴道内菌群纠正率提升,改善阴道菌群紊乱现象,疾病复发率与不良反应得到控制,值得推广。Objective To investigate the Effect of Nifuratel and Three Vitamins and Nysfungin Suppositories on vaginal microflora disorder in pregnant women with mycotic vaginitis.Methods Sixty patients with mycotic vaginitis during pregnancy admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology,Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Ruijin city from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects,and were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to treatment methods.The control group was treated with Nifurtel Nystatin Vaginal Ointment,and the observation group was treated with Nifurtel Nystatin Vaginal Ointment combined with Three Vitamins and Nysfungin Suppositories.The clinical treatment effect,vaginal pH value,total incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate,colony≥1/2 area rate and correction rate of vaginal flora were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vaginal pH value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the disease recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the bacterial colony≥1/2 area rate and vaginal microflora correction rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse drug reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion in the treatment of mycotic vaginitis of pregnancy,the combination of Nifuratel and Three Vitamins and Nysfungin Suppositories can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve the vaginal environment,increase the area rate of beneficial flora in vagina,increase the correction rate of flora in vagina,improve the disorder of vaginal flora,and control the recurrence rate and adverse reactions,w
