摘　　要：目的探讨改良封管方法预防肿瘤科患者外周静脉留置针堵管的效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年2月南昌大学第二附属医院住院外周静脉留置针穿刺的300例患者作为研究对象,按照穿刺置管顺序随机分为对照组(n=150)和观察组(n=150)。置管后,对照组采用传统封管方法,观察组采用改良封管方法进行封管。比较两组封管后24 h的回血、堵管发生率及留置时间。结果观察组封管后24 h的回血发生率及堵管发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的留置时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的静脉炎总生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用改良封管方法,可有效预防肿瘤科患者外周静脉留置针堵管的发生,延长留置时间。Objective To explore the effect of improved sealing method in preventing blockage of peripheral venous indwelling needle in oncology patients.Methods A total of 300 patients who underwent peripheral venous indwelling needle in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from March 2019 to February 2020 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the order of puncture catheterization,150 cases in each group.After the tube was placed,the experimental group underwent modified tube sealing technique and the control group underwent the conventional approach.The two groups were compared concerning the incidences of blood back flow,blockage 24 hours after closure and the average indwelling time.Results The incidences of blood back flow and blocked tube in experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The catheter life-time of experimental group was longer than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of phlebitis in experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The improved sealing method can effectively prevent the occurrence of peripheral venous indwelling needle occlusion and prolong the indwelling time of the catheter in oncology patients.
