摘  要:目的探讨结构化糖尿病教育项目(PEP)在胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者中的应用。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月南昌大学第四附属医院收治的100例T2DM患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例)。对照组采用传统护理方式,观察组在对照组的基础上采用定期指导患者PEP项目计划方案,分析并比较两组的自我评定量表(ESCA)评分及生活质量调查表(MLHFQ)评分。结果观察组经护理3个月后的ESCA分高于对照组,MLHFQ评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以胰岛素治疗T2DM患者PEP项目方式护理效果显著,可成为一种有应用前景的新方法。Objective To investigate the application of structured peycho education program(PEP)in insulin therapy for type 2 diabetes(T2DM)patients.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,100 patients with T2DM were admitted to the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected and divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)by random digital table method.The control group was given traditional nursing care,based on the control group,the observation group was given regular guidance PEP the project plan.The exercise of self-care agency sccale(ESCA)score and minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)score were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The ESCA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after 3 months of nursing,and the MLHFQ score was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of the PEP program in T2DM patients treated with insulin is remarkable,it can become a new method with application prospect.
