奶牛挤奶次数选择及其对产奶量、乳品质和乳头健康的影响

摘　　要：牧场挤奶次数的选择对于高效优质的牧场管理非常重要,需要平衡许多方面的因素,包括挤奶设备的能力、人员的工资及调配、牛舍的布局(会影响到每次挤奶时间)、奶牛产奶量等。国内的牧场挤奶次数从一天2~4次不等,但国内对于挤奶次数选择方面的报道较少,同时关于挤奶次数对奶牛产奶量、乳品质及乳头健康方面的影响也鲜见报道。不同牧场的自身情况不同,但相同的情况是奶牛饲草料价格高企迫使养殖企业提高牛奶的产量和质量,降低单位产量的投入成本。为了更好地帮助牧场选择合适的挤奶次数,实现效益最大化,本文对国内外挤奶次数选择对奶牛奶产量、乳头健康和奶品质的影响进行综述,同时总结挤奶次数调整时牧场需要注意的事项,以供参考。Selection of proper milking frequency is utter important for high and efficient farm management.Several factors need to be considered when making the choice,milking equipment capacity,salary of labours,layout of the barn,cow milk production etc.The milking frequency varies twice a day to forth a day in China,however,few relent information was found about the selection of milking frequency.In addition,few information is known about the influence of changing milking frequency on milk production,milk quality and teat health in local media and magazines.In spite of the difference from farm to farm,the high price of forage is the same and this pushes the farm to increase the milk production per cow per day and to improve the milk quality,in the meantime,lower the cost per kg milk production.To better help the selection of milking frequency in the farm and achieve good profit,the article summarize the information all over the world about the milking frequency on milk production,teat health and milk quality,and propose the key factors that need to be taken care of when changing the milking frequency.
