摘 要:为了阐明高血酮对产后奶牛生理机能的影响,本试验选取银川周边某集约化牧场共31头奶牛,在产后0、7、14、21和28d晨饲前采集血样,测定血酮含量。根据产后不同天数血酮值,16份血样纳入高血酮组(BHBA≥1.2mmol/L),15份纳入低血酮组(BHBA<1.2mmol/L)。考察两组血样生化指标的变化规律,结果显示31头奶牛在产后7d酮体值含量达到最高,之后逐渐下降至正常值;与低血酮组相比,高血酮组奶牛GLB、AST、TP、HDL-C、NEFA、TG极显著升高(P<0.01);相关性分析显示血酮值与GLB、AST、HDL-C、NEFA、TG、ALP、TP、ALB、LDL-C、APOB、TCH为正相关,与GGT、ALT、APOA1为负相关;各项生化指标中与血酮值相关性显著的有GLB、AST、HDL-C、NEFA、TG,且相关性极显著(P<0.01)。说明高血酮奶牛处于严重能量负平衡状态,体脂大量动员,肝功能受损。In order to clarify the effect of high blood ketone on the physiological function of postpartum dairy cows,31 dairy cows from an intensive farm around Yinchuan were selected in this experiment.Blood samples were collected before morning feeding on 0,7,14,21 and 28 days postpartum to determine the blood ketone content.According to the blood ketone value in different postpartum days,16 blood samples were included in the hyperglycemia group(BHBA≥1.2mmol/L)and 15 in the hypoglycemic group(BHBA<1.2mmol/L).The changes of biochemical indicators in blood samples of the two groups were investigated.The results showed that the ketone body content of 31 cows reached the highest on the 7th day after parturition,and then gradually decreased to the normal value.Compared with the hypoglycemic group,the hyperglycemia group cows’GLB,AST,TP,HDL-C,NEFA and TG were significantly increased(P<0.01).Correlation analysis showed that blood ketone value was positively correlated with GLB,AST,HDLC,NEFA,TG,ALP,TP,ALB,LDL-C,APOB,TCH;and negatively correlated with GGT,ALT and APOA1.Among the biochemical indicators,GLB,AST,HDL-C,NEFA and TG were significantly correlated with the blood ketone value(P<0.01).The results showed that the hyperglycemia ketone dairy cows were in a state of serious negative energy balance,a large amount of body fat mobilization and liver function damage.
