大型奶牛场沼气发电工程能源利用效率及经济社会效益实例分析

摘　　要：山东省某大型奶牛场沼气发电项目通过对沼气内燃机余热的综合利用,在保障该项目全年沼气和电力稳定生产的同时,通过沼气发电并网和沼渣制作牛床垫料分别获得1095万元和384万元的年收益,7年内收回全部投资,取得了较好的经济效益和示范引领作用。实例证明奶牛场粪污沼气发电工程通过发电并网及发电余热的回收利用可使能源利用效率最大化,不仅能够解决奶牛场粪污处理难题,还可形成种植、养殖有机结合的良性循环经济体系,从而达到污染治理、能源回收与资源再生综合利用的目的,实现经济、社会、生态效益相统一。A large-scale dairy farm biogas power generation project in Shandong Province,while ensuring the stable production of biogas and electricity throughout the year,obtained annual revenues of 10.95 million yuan and 3.84 million yuan respectively through the comprehensive utilization of the waste heat of the internal combustion engine of the biogas,and the combined use of biogas for power generation nets and biogas residues are used to make bedding materials for cattle.It recovered all its investment within 7 years,and achieved good economic benefits and a demonstration and leading role.Examples prove that the dairy farm manure biogas power generation project can maximize the energy utilization efficiency through power generation and grid connection,also the recovery and utilization of power generation waste heat.It can not only solve the problem of dairy farm manure treatment,but also form a virtuous circular economy system that combines planting and breeding,so as to achieve the purpose of comprehensive utilization of pollution control,energy recovery and resource regeneration,and realize the unification of economic,social and ecological benefits.
