摘 要:以研究玉米低温发芽床基质土砂最优配比为目的,以28份吉林省玉米主推品种为试验材料,采用土:砂=1:1和土:砂=2:1这2种土砂配比的基质作为发芽床,经8℃低温胁迫处理后,表明在处理7天和10天条件下,以土:砂=1:1为基质的发芽率均极显著高于以土:砂=2:1为基质的发芽率。对2种不同基质下的种子发芽率与田间出苗率进行了相关分析,不同基质下的种子发芽率与田间出苗率相关系数在0.45-0.73之间,均呈极显著性相关,8℃处理10天条件下的发芽率和田间平均出苗率的相关系数高于8℃处理7天条件下的,在8℃处理10天条件下土:砂=1:1的相关系数高于土:砂=2:1,达到0.71,说明在8℃处理10天条件下体积比土:砂=1:1配比的基质是比较适合的发芽床介质。In order to study the optimal ratio of soil and sand in corn low-temperature germination bed,28 main corn varieties in Jilin Province were used as experimental materials.The matrix with soil:sand=1:1 and soil:sand=2:1 was used as germination bed.After low-temperature stress treatment at 8℃,it showed that under the conditions of 7 and 10 days of treatment.The germination rate of soil:sand=1:1 was significantly higher than that of soil:sand=2:1.The correlation between seed germination rate and field emergence rate under two different substrates was analyzed.The correlation coefficient between seed germination rate and field emergence rate under different substrates was 0.45-0.73,which was extremely significant.The correlation coefficient between germination rate and field average emergence rate under 8℃treatment for 10 days was higher than that under 8℃treatment for 7 days.The correlation coefficient of soil:sand=1:1 is higher than that of soil:sand=2:1 at 8℃for 10 days,reaching 0.71,indicating that the matrix with volume ratio of soil:sand=1:1 is a more suitable germination bed medium at 8℃for 10 days.
