摘　　要：为解决国内某成品油管道上的多条盗油支管不能在管道不停输的情况下安全截除的问题展开研究,开发专用的加强套管和用于阻断管道的专用管件四通,并应用开孔封堵技术,形成新的安全截除盗油支管工艺。在充分试验的基础上开展了现场应用,实现了目标成品油主管不停输情况下对盗油支管的截断处置,消除了安全隐患。In order to solve the problem that multiple stolen oil branch pipes on a domestic oil product pipe can not be safely intercepted under the condition of non-stop pipeline transmission,special reinforcement casing and special fittings for blocking the pipeline was developed,a new safe technology of intercepting the branch pipe of stolen oil was formed by using the technology of opening and plugging.On the basis of full test,the field application was carried out,and the interception disposal of stolen oil branch pipe under the condition of non-stop transmission of the target oil product main pipe was realized,and the hidden danger of safety was eliminated.
