摘　　要：双头全螺纹螺栓作为管法兰常用紧固件,在实际工程中采购量大,若其长度选择不当会直接影响安装和检修,并造成材料上的浪费。结合现场实际施工安装与验收经验,利用三要素法对ASME B16.5非强制性附录C中给出的螺栓长度计算公式进行了分析并改进,调整补充了端面长度、最大螺母厚度与露出螺母外端长度3项,删除了螺栓长度负偏差项。利用修正后的公式计算不同法兰公称直径、不同压力等级(CL150~CL1500)、以及凸面、环连接面形式下的螺栓长度,并与化工、石化标准中相应的螺栓长度进行对比。结果表明,改进后的螺栓长度计算公式能够满足标准中对于螺栓长度的要求。Full thread length stud bolts are used as fasteners in pipe flange,supplied in a huge quantity in the project.The inappropriate bolt length can lead to a bad effect in installation,maintenance,and waste of materials.Considering the experience of installation on site and completion acceptance,three basic methods were utilized to analyze and modify the bolt length calculation formula based on ASME B16.5 non-mandatory appendix C.Adjust and add end point length,max thickness of nut,and extending length outside the nuts in formula,and delete bolt length negative deviation in formula.Use the modified formula to calculate actual stud bolt length based on different flange NPS,class rating(CL150~CL1500),RF and RJ face end type,and compared the bolt length with relative HG,SH standards.The results shows that the modified bolt length calculation formula can meet the minimum bolt length requirement in standards.
