系统非手术治疗退行性膝关节内侧半月板损伤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析系统非手术治疗退行性膝关节内侧半月板损伤的临床效果。方法160例退行性膝关节内侧半月板损伤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各80例。对照组采取关节镜下半月板部分切除术治疗,观察组实施系统非手术治疗。对比两组治疗效果及治疗前后膝关节功能评分(Lysholm)、Tegner活动度评定量表评分(Tegner)、膝关节损伤及骨关节炎结果评分(KOOS)。结果治疗后,观察组Lysholm评分(72.69±10.03)分、KOOS评分(359.47±18.34)分和Tegner评分(4.62±1.67)分均高于对照组的(65.31±9.54)、(310.52±10.76)、(3.47±1.25)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组膝关节功能优良率81.25%高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统非手术治疗退行性膝关节内侧半月板损伤的效果显著,不仅可以改善膝关节功能,而且可以减轻骨关节炎等临床症状,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of systematic non-surgical treatment for degenerative medial meniscus injury.Methods A total of 160 patients with degenerative knee medial meniscus injury were divided into the control group and the observation group by random numerical table,with 80 cases in each group.The control group underwent arthroscopic partial meniscectomy,and the observation group underwent systemic non-surgical treatment.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect and Lysholm score,Tegner score,knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score(KOOS)before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the Lysholm score(72.69±10.03)points,KOOS score(359.47±18.34)points and Tegner score(4.62±1.67)points of the observation group were higher than(65.31±9.54),(310.52±10.76)and(3.47±1.25)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent-good rate of knee joint function 81.25%in the observation group was higher than 65.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic non-surgical treatment has significant effect on the treatment of degenerative medial meniscus injury,and it can not only improve the knee joint function,but also reduce the clinical symptoms such as osteoarthritis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
