研究鼻息肉患者应用鼻内镜手术结合糖皮质激素治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的研究鼻息肉患者应用鼻内镜手术结合糖皮质激素治疗的效果。方法120例鼻息肉患者,随机分为参照组及观察组,各60例。参照组给予鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组给予鼻内镜手术结合糖皮质激素治疗。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间(34.60±7.80)min、住院时间(6.70±1.20)d短于参照组的(45.33±9.11)min、(8.94±1.81)d,术中出血量(62.51±6.72)ml少于参照组的(142.50±9.33)ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内镜手术和糖皮质激素治疗在鼻息肉患者中的有效应用,不仅可以缩短患者的手术时间、住院时间,还可以减少术中出血量,同时对于提高患者的临床治疗有效率也有着非常重要的影响。Objective To study the effect of transnasal endoscopic surgery combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of patients with nasal polyposis.Methods A total of 120 patients with nasal polyposis were randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with transnasal endoscopic surgery,and the observation group was treated with transnasal endoscopic surgery and glucocorticoid.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(34.60±7.80)min and hospitalization time(6.70±1.20)d of the observation group was shorter than(45.33±9.11)min,(8.94±1.81)d of the reference group,and the intraoperative blood loss(62.51±6.72)ml was less than(142.50±9.33)ml of the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective application of transnasal endoscopic surgery and glucocorticoid in patients with nasal polyposis can not only shorten the operation time and hospitalization time,but also reduce theintraoperative blood loss as well as have a very important impact on improving the clinical treatment efficiency of patients.
