摘 要:目的调查大学生体育与健康学科核心素养现状,为制定有效的干预措施提供依据,为体育与健康课程改革提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法对2155名河南省在校大学生的体育与健康学科核心素养进行调查。结果:(1)在满分为90分的情况下,河南在校大学生体育与健康学科核心素养总得分平均为64.67±7.91分;运动能力、健康行为和体育品德3个维度的满分均是30分,河南在校大学生在3个维度的平均得分依次为20.55±3.77分、20.23±3.37分和23.89±2.59分;(2)河南在校大学生体育与健康学科核心素养总得分、3个维度得分均是体育专业学生得分高于非体育专业学生(P<0.01);女生得分低于男生(P<0.01)。结论:(1)河南在校大学生的体育与健康学科核心素养总体处于中等水平。运动能力和健康行为2个维度核心素养水平偏低;(2)女大学生是体育与健康学科核心素养培养的薄弱人群,应成为干预的重点人群。最后据此提出建议:教师要聚焦核心素养,转变教育教学观念;高校要积极采取措施,抓住重点进行干预改善。Objective The subject core literacy of Physical Education and Health of college students were investigated in this paper is in order to provide basis for formulating effective intervention measures,and provide reference for the reform of physical education and health curriculum.Method A questionnaire survey about the subject core literacy of Physical Education and Health was conducted among 2155 college students in Henan Province by Electronic Questionnaire.Result(1)The average score of college students'subject core literacy of Physical Education and Health in Henan Province is 64.47±7.91 in the case of the full score of 90.Their scores of sports ability dimension,health behavior dimension and sports morality dimension were 20.55±3.77,20.23±3.37 and 23.89±2.59,respectively.(2)The total score and its three dimension scores of Physical Education major students'Physical Education and Health subject core literacy were significantly higher than those of other major students'(P<0.01),while the scores of female students were significantly lower than the male students'(P<0.01).Conclusion(1)The core literacy of Physical Education and Health subject of college students in Henan Province is in the middle level.The level of core literacy of sports ability dimension and health behavior dimension were low.(2)The female college students were the weak group in the cultivation of core literacy of physical education and health,so should be the focus of intervention.Finally,some suggestions were put forward:The teachers should focus on the core literacy and change the concept of education and teaching.The universities should actively take effective measures to intervene in order to improve the level of college students'subject core literacy of Physical Education and Health,and then result in improving core literacy of students.
