摘 要:习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中提出“乡村振兴战略”为乡村体育事业的发展提供了新的契机。PCK是教师专业学科知识,学习PCK教学理论有助于促进教师教学反思实践后的实用性和有效性,研究主要运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法等进行量化研究,运用探索性因子分析和验证验证性因子分析,构建了农村体育教师PCK多元回归模型,用非参数检验进行差异分析。提出了农村体育教师专业学科知识与体育课程标准相互结合、重视开发与利用当地体育教学资源、构建“学习体育知识”—“深入教学实践”—“应用体育知识”的教学模式、建立PCK农村体育教学评价多元化,为今后农村体育教师发展提供了前进的方向。In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the strategy of rural revitalization,which provides a new opportunity for the development of rural sports.PCK is a professional subject knowledge of teachers.Learning PCK teaching theory is helpful to promote the practicability and effectiveness of teachers'teaching reflection practice.The research mainly uses questionnaire survey,literature,interview,mathematical statistics and other methods for quantitative research.Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis are used to construct the multiple regression of PCK for rural PE teachers Model,using nonparametric test for difference analysis.This paper puts forward the combination of professional subject knowledge and physical education curriculum standard of rural physical education teachers,pays attention to the study of physical education and health teaching materials,develops and utilizes physical education curriculum resources,constructs the teaching mode of“learning physical education knowledge”–“in-depth teaching practice”–“Application of physical education knowledge”,and establishes the pluralism of PCK rural physical education teaching evaluation,so as to promote the development of rural physical education teachers in the future Provides the way forward.
