全民健身背景下大众冰雪运动发展环境与路径

摘　　要：全民健身活动的广泛开展,为大众冰雪运动的发展创造了崭新的机遇。本文以全民健身为背景,采用PEST分析方法对大众冰雪运动发展的主要宏观环境进行分析,研究冰雪体育发展的潜力和突破口。研究认为,大众冰雪运动的发展面临如下环境:冰雪运动政策不断推进,相关法律法规存在缺口;大众冰雪运动可持续发展的动力有赖于经济的持续增长,但在供需方面尚不均衡;人才供给尚不能满足大众日益增长的冰雪运动需求;新兴科技为冰雪运动的广泛普及带来契机。对大众冰雪运动的发展建议如下:完善政策法规支撑体系;优化冰雪运动服务供给;拓展冰雪运动普及方式;推动应用科技创新升级。Based on pest framework,this paper analyzes the development environment of mass ice and snow sports from the aspects of politics,economy,society and science and technology.The research shows that the development of mass ice and snow sports in China faces the following environment:The policy of ice and snow sports is continuously promoted,and there is a gap in laws and regulations;with the continuous growth of macro and micro economy,the supply and demand of ice and snow sports are unbalanced;the supply of talents can not meet the increasing demand of the masses for ice and snow sports;emerging technology brings opportunities for the wide popularization of ice and snow sports.Suggestions for the development of mass ice and snow sports in China are as follows:improve relevant policies and regulations,optimize supply services,expand popularization mode,and promote technology upgrading.
