超声联合乳腺X线摄影诊断乳腺癌的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析超声联合乳腺X线钼靶摄影在乳腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法选择2019年8月至2020年9月本中心收治的70例乳腺癌患者纳入本研究,所有患者均行彩色多普勒超声、乳腺X线摄影辅助检查,回顾性分析单独使用超声或乳腺X线摄影辅助检查及两者联合检查诊断乳腺癌的符合率。结果彩色超声检查、乳腺X线摄影阳性诊断符合率显著低于超声联合乳腺X线摄影检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);从乳腺密度、病理学类型方面来看,彩色超声检查、乳腺X线钼靶摄影诊断正确率均显著低于超声联合乳腺X线钼靶摄影检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用彩色超声和乳腺X线摄影辅助检查诊断乳腺癌各有优势,两者联合检查可显著提高诊断准确率。Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound combined with mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods A total of 70 patients with breast cancer admitted to our center from August 2019 to September 2020 were selected.All patients were given color doppler ultrasound and auxiliary mammography.The coincidence rates of ultrasound or auxiliary mammography alone and ultrasound combined with mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer were analyzed retrospectively.Results The coincidence rates of positive diagnosis of color ultrasound and mammography were significantly lower than that of ultrasound combined with mammography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).From the perspectives of breast density and pathology,the diagnostic accuracy rates of color ultrasound and mammography were significantly lower than that of ultrasound combined with mammography,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color ultrasound and mammography both have their own advantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Color ultrasound combined with mammography can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.
