摘　　要：目的探讨医联体血糖信息化管理系统对糖尿病患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平的影响。方法选取2018年3月至2019年3月我院未实施医联体血糖信息化管理系统前收治的60例糖尿病患者作为对照组,同时选取2019年4月至2020年3月我院实施医联体血糖信息化管理系统后收治的60例糖尿病患者作为研究组,对比两组应用医联体血糖信息化管理系统前后糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、胰岛素用量、人均低血糖次数及患者生活质量、满意度评分。结果研究组应用医联体血糖信息化管理系统后,HbA1c、FPG、2 hFPG各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组应用医联体血糖信息化管理系统后,胰岛素用量、人均低血糖次数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组应用医联体血糖信息化管理系统后,生活质量、满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病患者的管理过程中,应用医联体血糖信息化管理系统取得了满意的效果,能够加强对患者血糖的管理,降低血糖、糖化血红蛋白的水平,降低胰岛素的用量,有利于患者生活质量的提高,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined on blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels of diabetic patients.Methods Sixty diabetic patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 before the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were selected as the control group,while sixty patient who were admitted to our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020 after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were selected as the study group.The glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPG),dosage of insulin,per capita number of hypoglycemia,quality of life,and satisfaction score before and after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were compared between the two groups.Results The indicators of HbA1c,FPG,and 2 hPG in the study group after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The dosage of insulin and per capita number of hypoglycemia in the study group after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were lower than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).The quality of life and satisfaction score in the study group after the application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined were higher than those in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of blood glucose information management system of medical institutions conjoined has satisfactory effects in the management of diabetic patients,which can strengthen the management of blood glucose,reduce the levels of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin,decrease the dosage o
