摘　　要：目的探讨慢性病毒感染性疾病CK-MB检测方法的选择应用。方法选取2021年2月至4月未合并心脏疾病的慢性病毒感染性疾病患者547例、健康对照40例、心血管疾病患者35例;其中慢性病毒感染性疾病患者中艾滋病患者215例、慢性乙型肝炎病毒患者332例;用免疫抑制法和质量法检测其CK-MB。结果同健康对照相比,入组慢性病毒感染性疾病患者使用免疫抑制法检测CK-MB活性异常升高比例较高,而使用质量法检测CK-MB均在正常参考范围,两者之间没有相关性;心血管疾病患者CK-MB活性和质量均明显升高且相关性高。结论免疫抑制法在检测慢性病毒感染性疾病患者CK-MB时,受用药等因素影响CK-MB活性假阳性率较高,质量法在慢性病毒感染性疾病CK-MB检测时是更理想的检测方法。Objective To explore the selection and application of CK-MB detection method for chronic viral infectious diseases.Methods A total of 547 patients with chronic viral diseases without heart disease,including 215 AIDS patients and 332 chronic hepatitis B virus patients,30 healthy controls and 35 patients with cardiovascular disease from February to April,2021 were enrolled into this study.Plasma levels of CK-MB were measured by immunoinhibition and mass assay.Results Compared with healthy controls,the proportion of abnormal increase of CK-MB activity in enrolled patients with chronic viral diseases detected by immunoinhibition method was higher,while the CK-MB mass concentration was within the normal reference range,and there was no correlation between these two results.The activity and mass concentration of CK-MB in patients with myocardial injury were significantly increased and the correlation was high.Conclusion For the detection of CK-MB in patients with chronic viral infection,the immunosuppression method has a high false positive rate due to the influence of drug use and other factors,and the quality method is a more ideal method.
