摘　　要：长丝织造产业是指经向以化纤长丝为主要原料进行机织生产、研发、营销服务等相关的产业,是我国纺织工业中发展较快的新兴产业,是最具市场活力和技术活力的产业之一。“十三五”以来,长丝织造产业科技创新和技术进步成效显著,相关生产设备实现关键突破。目前,喷水织机已达国际先进水平,应用于穿经、整经、浆丝等工序的自动设备得到普及,智能立体仓储和物流配送系统广泛应用,“智慧工厂”成为现实,长丝织造产业数字化进程正加速推进。The filament weaving industry includes the weaving,research and development,marketing services industries that mainly use chemical fiber filament warp-wise,which is a fast-growing fledgling industry in China’s textile industry,and also one of the most dynamic industry in market demand and technological development.Since the“13^(th) Five-year Plan”period,the filament weaving industry has made great progress in technological innovation.Related production equipment has achieved key breakthroughs.At present,the water-jet loom has reached the international advanced level;automatic equipment used in drawing-in,warping,and sizing processes has been popularized;intelligent three-dimensional warehousing and logistics distribution systems are widely used.“Smart Factory”has become a reality,the digitization of filament weaving industry is accelerating.
