摘　　要：文章以37.5®锦纶短纤维与莱赛尔纤维混纺纱的开发为例,探究了功能性差别化锦纶短纤维混纺纱的可纺性能及成纱性能,针对功能性差别化锦纶短纤维混纺时出现的问题给出了相应的技术措施。根据功能性差别化锦纶短纤维的性能特点,对各工序纺纱工艺进行调整优化,成功开发出具有调湿、速干功能的锦纶短纤维混纺纱,进一步丰富了锦纶的产品种类。Taking the development of 37.5®polyamide staple/lyocell fiber blended yarn as an example,this paper explored the spinnability and yarn performance of functional differential polyamide staple blended yarn and provided the corresponding technical measures for the problems in the blending process.According to the performance characteristics of functional differential polyamide staple,the spinning processes were adjusted and optimized.And the blended yarn of polyamide staple with moisture-adjusting and quick-drying functions was successfully developed,which further enriched the product varieties of polyamide fiber.
