基于TRIZ创新原理的连续蒸呢装备设计研究

摘　　要：蒸呢装备连续式生产自动化是蒸呢技术的发展趋势之一。研究连续蒸呢装备对于提升蒸呢效率及质量具有重要的价值。文章首先将“生产率”与“可靠性”这一对参数转化为技术矛盾,其次运用矛盾矩阵表得到推荐的创新原理,最终系统运用TRIZ创新原理来指导连续蒸呢装备的设计研究。在以上创新原理应用的基础上,归纳演绎出一些具体的结构方案,最终设计出了符合工艺要求的连续蒸呢装备。Continuous automatic production of decator is one of the development trends of decatizing technique.Related research is of great value to improve spinning efficiency and quality.The paper transformed the parameters of productivity and reliability into technical contradictions and then obtained the recommended innovation principles via the contradiction matrix.In the end,improved the design and research of the continuous decator based on TRIZ innovative principle.In doing so,specific structural schemes are summarized and deduced.And the continuous decator that meets the technological requirements is finally designed.
