无醛免烫整理剂DM-3527应用性能探讨

摘　　要：文章探讨了无醛免烫整理剂DM-3527的用量、定形温度、定形时间对棉织物免烫性能的影响。试验结果表明,DM-3527对棉织物的最佳抗皱整理工艺为:DM-3527用量140~160 g/L、定形温度150~160℃、定形时间90~150 s;在DM-3527中加入六碳三防整理剂6118N可提高织物防水效果,并明显提高织物折皱回复角。This paper discusses the effects of the dosage,setting temperature,and setting time of formaldehyde-free easy-care finishing agent DM-3527 on the iron-free property of cottons.Results indicated that when the dosage of DM-3527 is 140-160 g/L,setting the cottons for 90-150 s at 150-160℃are the best crease-resistance processes.In addition,adding a six-carbon three-proof finishing agent 6118N in DM-3527 can improve the waterproof effect of the fabric,and significantly increase the wrinkle recovery angle of the fabric.
