摘 要:从电阻点焊工艺中焊接边搭接量入手,以白车身薄板搭接区域为优化对象,从理论分析和焊接空间两个方面进行验证。分析结果表明:在保证车身连接强度、满足生产要求的前提下,焊接设备带来的焊接精度提升能够有效地减小焊接边宽度,实现白车身减重降本的目的。Starting with the welding edge overlap amount in the resistance spot welding process,taking the overlapped area of the body-in-white sheet as the optimization object,it was verified from two aspects of theoretical analysis and welding space.The analysis results show that under the premise of ensuring the connection strength of the car body and meeting the production requirements,the welding accuracy improvement brought by the welding equipment can effectively reduce the width of the welding edge,and achieve the purpose of reducing the weight and cost of the white body.
