摘　　要：从政策动员的视角出发,探讨了乡村振兴战略中相关政策动员对流动农民返乡意愿的影响,在此基础上进一步分析了政策动员对流动农民返乡意愿产生影响的传导机制,并利用2016年中国流动人口动态监测调查数据进行实证检验。结果表明:政策动员强度和频率越高,流动农民返乡意愿越强烈。此外,从政策动员对流动农民返乡意愿影响的传导机制分析发现,政策动员通过影响流动农民的政策了解程度、经济性流动动机和职业选择以形成流动农民返乡意愿的主观改变和利益驱动,从而促进流动农民返乡意愿选择。From the perspective of policy mobilization,the impact of relevant policy mobilization in the rural revitalization strategy on the willingness of migrant farmers to return to their hometown is discussed.On this basis,the transmission mechanism of policy mobilization on the willingness of migrant farmers to return to their hometown is further analyzed and the data from the2016 China Floating Population Dynamics Monitoring Survey is empirically tested.The results show that the higher the intensity and frequency of policy mobilization,the stronger the willingness of migrant farmers to return to their hometowns.In addition,from the analysis of the transmission mechanism of the influence of policy mobilization on the willingness of migrant farmers to return home,it is found that the policy mobilization influences the level of policy understanding,economic mobility motives and career choices of migrant farmers,which serve as their subjective change and interest drive to return home,and finally promotes their willingness to return home.
