摘  要:随着乳业的发展,奶牛代谢病和繁殖障碍越来越受到关注。应用代谢组学技术研究奶牛代谢病和乏情取得了某些突破。依据文献检索和前期研究报道,以时间为线索,对奶牛围产期及泌乳早期(1~60 d)主要营养代谢病发生时,机体血浆与血清代谢变化以及代谢途径进行了综述,旨在为今后更好地揭示奶牛代谢病和繁殖障碍的发生机制和有效的防治策略提供依据。With the development of the dairy industry,metabolic diseases and reproductive disorders of cows have attracted more and more attention.Some breakthroughs have been made in the study of metabolic diseases and hypothermia in cows by using metabolomics.Based on literature search and our previous research reports,this article summarizes the metabolic changes and metabolic pathways of major nutritional and metabolic diseases in dairy cows 1~60 d postpartum,aiming to provide a better dis-closure of the relationship between basic metabolic diseases and reproductive disorders in dairy cows the occurrence mechanism and effective control strategy.
