摘　　要：在波澜壮阔、风云变幻的明朝初年,盐作为一种特殊的商品,曾经广泛地流通于军队、商旅乃至平民的商品交换过程中,之后逐渐被赋予了价值尺度、流通手段和支付手段3个基本职能,由此初现了货币的雏形。明初朝廷、军队、民间三者一体的以盐为中介的流通机制的运行为明初军事增添了活力,盐在战争中的功能和作用也日益突显。During magnificent early period of the Ming Dynasty,a time of constant change,salt,as a special commodity,was widely circulated in the process of commodity exchange among armies,merchants and ordinary people.Salt gradually took on three basic functions:a measure of value,a medium of circulation and method of payment.Therefore,it had the character of an embryonic currency.The system of salt currency circulation,running through the imperial court,armies and common people like through one body,energized military operations in the early Ming Dynasty.During the period of these wars,the functions and effects of salt became progressively more apparent.
