乌鲁木齐典型灌木群落物种多样性与土壤因子相关性分析

摘  要:运用主成分分析方法对影响灌木群落多样性变化的土壤因子进行分选、排序和相关性分析。其结果表明:灌木群落的多样性指数与粒度平均值、重金属元素Bi和粒度分选系数呈显著相关关系(P<0.01),而均匀度指数与粒度平均值、分选系数、重金属元素Mn呈显著正相关(P<0.01),丰富度指数数据显示只与Bi显著相关(P<0.01);通过回归分析可知土壤粒度平均值和分选系数是影响灌木群落的物种多样性和均匀度的关键因素。The principal component analysis method was used to sort,rank and correlate the soil factors affecting the diversity of shrub communities.The results showed that the diversity index of the shrub community was significantly related to the average particle size,heavy metal element Bi and particle size sorting coefficient(P<0.01),while the uniformity index was significantly positive to the average particle size,sorting coefficient,and heavy metal element Mn Correlation(P<0.01),richness index data showed only significant correlation with Bi(P<0.01)The regression analysis shows that the average soil particle size and sorting coefficient are the key factors for fitting the species diversity and uniformity of the shrub community.
