摘 要:以漂白化学浆为原料,通过低共熔溶剂处理获得纯化纤维素,以期获得用于纤维素基材料制备的高纯度纤维素物料.通过单因素试验研究了温度、时间、体系含水量对纯化效果的影响及不同低共熔溶剂体系对纯化纤维素平均聚合度、化学结构和结晶结构的影响.结果表明,体系含水量对纯化效果影响较大,在当含水量为2 mol/100 g,温度80℃,时间30 min时,氯化胆碱/草酸体系纯化效果最好;α-纤维素含量91.17%,半纤维素降解率及降解选择性分别达69.57%和93.70%.比较不同低共熔溶剂体系发现,氯化胆碱/草酸体系对纤维素降解明显,氯化胆碱/尿素体系对纤维素几乎无降解作用.纯化前后,纤维素化学结构几乎没有变化;除结晶度变化外,结晶结构也没有发生明显改变,表明低共熔溶剂纯化主要是作用在半纤维素及纤维素无定形区.In this research,choline chloride-based deep eutectic solvent(DES)was used to purify cellulose from bleached chemical pulp.The effect of treatment temperature,treatment time and water content of DES on treatment effect were studied.Besides,the influence of different DES on the average degree of polymerization,chemical structure and crystalline structure of the treated pulp were studied.The results shown that the water content of DES was the most prominent factor for treatment effect.The best purification effect of choline chloride/oxalic acid based DES treatment which was investigated in this research could be achieved when the water content of DES was 2 mol/100 g,the treatment temperature was 80℃,and the treatment time was 30 min.After DES treatment based on the above conditions,theα-cellulose content of treated pulp was 91.17%,the degradation rate of hemicellulose was 69.57%,and the selectivity of hemicellulose degradation was 93.70%.For different DES,the choline chloride/oxalic acid system degraded cellulose significantly,while the choline chloride/urea system had barely degradation effect on cellulose.After DES treatment,the chemical structure and the crystalline structure(except for crystalline index)of cellulose were changed scarcely.It was evidence that the DES purification of cellulose was acting on amorphous cellulose and hemicellulose.
