摘　　要：水性聚氨酯在皮革涂饰中具有广泛的应用,但成膜致密性较强,导致其涂饰后革样的透气性和透水汽性差,从而严重影响皮革制品的卫生性能和穿着舒适性.本文采用共混法制备出水性聚氨酯/聚乙烯醇/氧化石墨烯(WPU/PVA/GO)复合皮革涂饰剂,采用冷冻-解冻法制备出具有多孔结构的皮革涂层,对涂饰皮革的透气性、透水汽性、摩擦磨损性能进行了表征.结果表明,使用WPU/PVA/GO复合涂饰剂的革样相较于纯WPU涂饰革样的透气性和透水汽性分别提高了79.7%和18.9%,WPU/PVA/GO涂饰后的革样较纯WPU涂饰后革样的耐磨性亦有所提升.Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)has a wide range of applications in leather finishing.However,its film is dense,which resulting in poor air permeability and poor moisture permeability and seriously affecting the hygienic properties and wearing comfort of leather products.In this paper,water polyurethane/polyvinyl alcohol/graphene oxide(WPU/PVA/GO)composite finishing was prepared by blending method firstly and applied in leather finishing.Then,a porous structure leather coating was prepared by the freeze-thaw method.The air permeability,moisture permeability and abrasion resistance of WPU/PVA/GO coated leather samples were characterized.The results showed that compared with leather samples coated by neat WPU,the air permeability and moisture permeability of the WPU/PVA/GO coated leather samples were improved by 79.7%and 18.9%,respectively.The abrasion resistance of the WPU/PVA/GO emulsion coated leather samples was also improved compared with the neat WPU coated leather samples.
