摘  要:以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为骨架材料,添加锂皂石(NC),采用水溶液聚合法在引发剂、交联剂作用下将单体接枝到骨架上,合成羧甲基纤维素钠/锂皂石复合高吸水性树脂。通过单因素实验探究丙烯酸中和度以及CMC、NC等占丙烯酸比例对所制备树脂吸液倍率的影响.结果表明:AA中和度75%、CMC用量11%、NC用量4%、丙烯酰胺用量10%、引发剂用量0.5%、交联剂用量0.01%时制备的树脂有高的吸水性和强的耐盐性,该树脂吸蒸馏水倍率可达1 366 g/g,吸0.9%的NaCl溶液倍率可达149 g/g.对树脂的结构和形貌进行表征,结果表明该制备方法成功合成了吸水树脂,其热稳定性较好且有明显的褶皱和沟壑.Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)is used as the framework material,laponite(NC)is added,and the monomer is grafted onto the framework by aqueous solution polymerization under the action of the initiator and cross-linking agent to synthesize sodium carboxymethyl cellulose based Laponite composite super absorbent resin.Single factor experiments were used to investigate the influence of neutralization degree of acrylic acid and the proportion of CMC and NC on the liquid absorption rate of SAR.The results shows that:When the neutralization degree of acrylic acid is 75%,the amount of CMC is 11%,the amount of NC is 4%,the amount of acrylamide is 10%,the amount of initiator is 0.5%,and the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.01%.The prepared resin has high water absorption and salt tolerance.the optimum water absorption of SAR was 1366 g/g and 149 g/g in distilled water 0.9 wt%NaCl solution,respectively.The structure and morphology of the resin were characterized,the results showed that the preparation method successfully synthesized a water-absorbent resin with good thermal stability and obvious wrinkles and gullies.
