摘  要:非流动性砂浆施工性的主要标志是其抹灰阻力值,但目前尚无可以直接地、数字化地检测砂浆抹灰阻力的试验方法。利用自制的测试台,结合电子万能试验机,可直接、数字化地测试新拌砂浆的抹灰阻力;所测试的抹灰阻力值可更好地表征常规(非流动性)砂浆的施工性。稠度相同的新拌砂浆的施工性不尽相同。纤维素醚HPMC能显著改善新拌砂浆的初始及经时施工性;在一定范围内,HPMC的掺量越大,对施工性的改善作用越显著。The main feature of non-fluidity mortars workability is the plastering resistance.There isn't any test method which could directly,digitally test the mortars'plastering resistance in current.By a new test method with electronic tester and self-designed test table,the plastering resistance of fresh mortars can be directly and digitally tested.The value of the plastering resistance should be suitable for representing the fresh mortars workability.The workability of fresh mortars with the same consistence may be different.Cellulose ethers HPMC can improve the initial and the time-loss workability of the fresh mortars.Within limits,the bigger the amount of HPMC,the higher the improvement effect on the workability of fresh mortars.
