摘 要:通过模拟混凝土孔隙液,采用电化学测试与钢片干湿循环试验,研究了阻锈组分四水合钼酸铵、葡萄糖酸钠、1,4-丁炔二醇及其复合型阻锈剂对钢筋腐蚀行为的影响,同时研究了该复合型阻锈剂对混凝土工作性能、力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:3种单一阻锈组分均能提高钢筋的自腐蚀电位,但阻锈效果均不明显,阻锈效果排序为:四水合钼酸铵>葡萄糖酸钠>1,4-丁炔二醇,最佳掺量分别为0.3%、0.05%、0.2%;将三者按最佳掺量复掺能明显提高钢筋的自腐蚀电位,大幅降低钢筋受氯离子腐蚀的风险,钢片干湿循环锈蚀面积率为10.9%;该复合型阻锈剂对混凝土的工作性能无不良影响,7、28 d混凝土抗压强度比分别为108%、111%,抗氯离子渗透性能明显改善。By simulating the concrete hole solution,the corrosion behavior of single and composite components of ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate,sodium gluconate,and 1,4-butynediol on steel bars was studied to use electrochemical tests and steel sheet dry-wet cycle tests.At the same time,the effects of the composite rust inhibitor on the working and mechanical properties of concrete were studied.It shows that all three substances can increase the self-corrosion potential of steel bars,and the rust-inhibiting effect is:ammonium molybdate tetrahydrate>sodium gluconate>1,4-butynediol,and the optimal content is 0.3%,0.05%and 0.2%respectively,but the anti-rust effect is not obvious.The combination of the three can significantly increase the self-corrosion potential of steel bars,greatly reducing the risk of steel bars being corroded by chloride ions,and the corrosion area rate of steel sheets during dry and wet cycles is 10.9%.It was shown that the composite rust inhibitor had no effect on the working performance of concrete.The compressive strength ratios of 7 d and 28 d were 108%and 111%,respectively.The chloride ion permeability is significantly improved.
