摘 要:我国多地已建输水构筑物存在淡水壳菜侵蚀,目前普遍采用涂覆涂料的方法进行防护。从低表面能和高致密性角度考虑选用水泥基渗透结晶型防水涂、有机硅烷/水泥基渗透结晶型、环氧树脂/硅胶、地质聚合物等4种涂料,对比不同涂料的性能,并进行现场混凝土板的抛掷试验和工程现场原位防护试验。结果表明:4种涂料中,环氧树脂/硅胶涂料的显微硬度小,但接触角大、涂层吸水率小、耐酸性好;涂覆环氧树脂/硅胶涂料的挂板以及工程现场混凝土表面基本不吸附淡水壳菜,涂料表面未发现有明显的破损或开裂,防治淡水壳菜效果良好,而涂覆其它涂料的挂板表面已吸附大量的生物,防护效果较差,部分区域淡水壳菜已成团并直接嵌入式附着于混凝土表面,无法有效对水生物的附着及腐蚀进行防护。There is erosion of freshwater crustaceans in the water delivery structures built in many places in my country,and coatings are generally used for protection at present.In this paper,four kinds of coatings such as cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating,organosilane/cement-based permeable crystalline coating,epoxy resin/silicongel and geopolymer were selected from the perspective of low surface energy coatings and high compactness,the performance of various coatingswas compared,and on-site concrete slab throwing tests and engineering site in-situ protection testswere carried out.The test results show that among the four coatings,epoxy resin/silicon coatings have low microhardness,but large contact angles,low water absorption and good acid resistance.Hanging boards coated with epoxy resin/silicone coatings and concrete surfaces on the project site basically do not absorb freshwater shellfish,and no obvious damage or cracking is found on the surface of the paint.The prevention and control of freshwater shellfish is excellent.A large number of organisms have been adsorbed on the surface of hanging boards coated with other coatings,and the protective effect is poor.The freshwater shellfish in some areas has formed agglomerates and is directly embedded and attached to the concrete surface,which cannot effectively protect the attachment and corrosion of aquatic organisms.
