摘 要:为提升建筑外墙涂料的反射隔热性能,对3种不同种类的丙烯酸乳液进行比较,选用了SR-01纯丙乳液做为外墙隔热反射涂料的成膜材料。研究了反射颜料金红石型钛白粉用量、空心玻璃微珠用量以及涂膜厚度对反射隔热效果的影响。结果表明,当金红石型钛白粉的用量为15%,空心玻璃微珠用量为12%,涂膜厚度为400μm时,太阳光反射率达到0.88,隔热最大温差为12.5℃,反射隔热保温效果良好。In order to improve the reflection and heat insulation performance of building exterior wall coatings,three different types of acrylic emulsion were compared,and SR-01 pure acrylic emulsion was selected as the film-forming material of the reflective thermal insulation coating for external wall.The influence of the amount of reflective pigment rutile titanium dioxide,the amount of hollow glass beads and the thickness of the coating film on the reflective heat insulation effect was studied.The results show that when the amount of rutile titanium dioxide is 15%,the amount of hollow glass beads is 12%,and the film thickness is 400μm,the light reflectivity reaches 0.88,the maximum temperature difference of heat insulation is 12.5℃,and the reflection heat insulation effect is good.
