摘  要:研究了乳液类型、聚灰比以及乳液复配对瓷砖粘结体系中聚合物水泥防水涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,聚灰比越大,桥接裂缝能力越好;聚合物复配时掺苯丙乳液BASF7551和VAE乳液的防水涂料性能较好;在复掺VAE Celanese1386和苯丙乳液BASF7551的防水涂料体系中二者最佳配比为5:5。结合防水涂膜的性能变化规律,从理论上进行了探讨。This paper analyzes the influence of emulsion type,poly-cement ratio and emulsion complex on the polymer cement waterproof coating in ceramic tile bonding system.The results show that the larger the poly-cement ratio,the better the crack bridging ability is.The performance of coating mixed with BASF755 and VAE emulsion is better.In the coating system mixed with VAE Celanese1386 and BASF755 emulsion,the best ratio is 5:5.The mechanism of influence on the performance of waterproof coating is discussed theoretically according to the changing law of the properties of waterproof coating.
