摘　　要：作为公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,西部基层图书馆的建设与发展影响着经济和社会发展。从西部基层图书馆发展现状可以看出,东西部基层图书馆发展差距较大且有继续扩大的趋势,为此,本文阐述了西部基层图书馆高质量发展的内涵、发展思路,以及面临的机遇与挑战,并以西部基层图书馆发展的“安康样板”为基础,提出西部基层图书馆高质量发展的策略。图4。参考文献15。As an important part of the public cultural service system in the new development period the construction and development of Western China􀆳s basic-level libraries have an effect on the economic and social development.From the analysis of the current development situation of basic-level libraries in the Western China the development gap among basic-level libraries in the Eastern and Western China is large and tends to expand.We expounds the connotation development philosophy opportunities and challenges of the high quality development of basic-level libraries in the Western China and puts forward several strategies for the high-quality development of basic-level libraries in the Western China based on the􀆵Ankang Model.4 figs.15 refs.
