摘 要:目的探讨射频靶点热凝消融术结合臭氧融盘术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果及对氧化应激指标、腰部功能的影响。方法选取2016年5月至2020年5月收治的120例腰椎间盘突出症患者,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用射频靶点热凝消融术治疗,观察组采用射频靶点热凝消融术结合臭氧融盘术治疗。比较两组的疗效、氧化应激指标及腰部功能。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。术后1个月,观察组的SOD水平高于对照组,MDA、AOPP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的ODI评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论射频靶点热凝消融术结合臭氧融盘术治疗腰椎间盘突出症有助于提高治疗效果,促进患者氧化应激减轻和腰部功能改善,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation combined with ozone disc fusion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation and its influences on oxidative stress indexes and lumbar function.Methods A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated from May 2016 to May 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation,and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation combined with ozone disc fusion.The curative effect,oxidative stress indexes and lumbar function were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 81.67%in the control group(P<0.05).One month after operation,the level of SOD in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the levels of MDA and AOPP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the ODI score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the JOA score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation ablation combined with ozone disc fusion in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is helpful to improve the treatment effect,reduce oxidative stress and improve lumbar function,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
