摘　　要：目的观察针灸结合刺骨治疗早发性卵巢功能不全(POI)的临床效果。方法选取2019年11月至2020年10月就诊于本院康复科和妇科的60例POI患者为研究对象,利用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组采用针灸结合刺骨治疗,对照组口服西药治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的血清FSH水平、Kupperman改良评分均明显降低,E2水平均明显升高,子宫内膜厚度、卵泡数均明显增加,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针灸结合刺骨治疗POI的临床效果显著,值得临床进一步推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with piercing to the bone in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency(POI).Methods A total of 60 patients with POI admitted in the rehabilitation department and gynecology department of our hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with piercing to the bone,and the control group was treated with oral western medicine.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the serum FSH level and Kupperman modified score of the two groups decreased significantly,the E2 level increased significantly,the endometrial thickness and the number of follicles increased significantly,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with piercing to the bone in the treatment of POI has a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of further clinical promotion.
