摘　　要：针对大型硬塑真空挤出机设计制造中出现的问题,如挤出机类型和型号、等径和变径、挤出机的压力、绞刀轴等的选择进行了分析,指出真空挤出机下级绞刀设计和制作中要保证材质和制造精度。最后指出操作维修业非常重要,要及时发现设备运转时的异常,及时防止和排除可能产生的故障,按时保养设备。The article analyzes the problems in the design and manufacture of large-scale hard plastic vacuum extruders,such as extruder type and model,equal diameter and variable diameter,extruder pressure,reamer shaft selection,etc.,and points out the material and manufacturing accuracy of the lower-level reamer must be ensured in the design and manufacture of the machine.Fi⁃nally,it points out that the operation and maintenance industry is very important.It is necessary to observe the abnormality of the equipment,prevent and eliminate possible failures in time,and maintain the equipment on time.
