摘　　要：从质量管理、人员管理、设备维护、和效益管理等方面入手,浅述了砖瓦企业的管理是一项系统工程的重要性。砖瓦厂生产管理中要抓住重点工作,抓主要矛盾带动次要矛盾,从而使次要问题迎刃而解,这样会取得事倍功半的效果。From the aspects of quality management,personnel management,equipment maintenance,and benefit management,it brief⁃ly describes the importance of the management of brick and tile enterprises as a systematic project.In the production management of the brick and tile factory,it is necessary to grasp the key tasks and grasp the main contradictions to drive the secondary contradictions,so that the secondary problems can be solved easily.This will achieve the effect of getting twice the result with half the effort.
