摘 要:为解决城市燃气管道缺陷检测的难题,研制了电磁超声在线壁厚检测系统。研究了电磁超声换能器提离距离和倾斜测量对检测结果的影响。对实际检测中遇到的管道中心线和检测装置中心线不重合的工况,研制了带有柔性探头机构的检测装置,实现了壁厚的可靠检测。使用2个管道爬行机器人搭建3段式模块化管道检测系统,在DN400 mm、DN600 mm管道上开展了在线壁厚检测实验,实验结果表明:检测的壁厚数据可靠,缺陷定位准确。该检测系统在运动过程中能保证电磁超声检测的要求,可以对管道壁厚进行稳定可靠的检测,适用于城市燃气管道在线壁厚检测。In order to solve the problem of defect detection of urban gas pipelines,an online electromagnetic ultrasonic testing system for wall thickness was developed.The influence of stand-off distance and tilt measurement of the electromagnetic acoustic transducer(EMAT)on the detection result was studied.For the detection conditions where the pipeline central axis and the detection device central axis do not coincide in actual detection,a detection device with a flexible probe mechanism was developed,and reliable wall thickness detection was realized.Two pipeline crawling robots were used to build a three-stage modular pipeline inspection system,and online wall thickness inspection experiments were carried out on DN400 mm and DN600 mm pipelines.The experimental results show that the detected wall thickness data is reliable and the defect location is accurate.The detection system can ensure the requirements of EMAT during the movement process,can perform stable and reliable detection of pipe wall thickness,and is suitable for online wall thickness inspection of urban gas pipelines.
