摘  要:为解决风机性能检测教学展示手段单一、实验实践教学条件不足、真实实验环境恶劣无法开展等问题,自主设计构建了风机性能检测虚拟仿真实验教学系统。该系统以煤矿主通风机检测实验项目为蓝本,开发了一个网络化、三维互动式的虚拟仿真教学平台,搭建起了学生与真实通风机检测实验的桥梁。主要包括虚拟教学和虚拟实验两大功能模块,通过智能化、泛在化的虚拟实验教学模式,满足学生或实训人员不受时间和地点限制实时开展实验实训,大幅度提高教学效率和学生学习的积极性、主动性,激发学生的学习兴趣和潜能,强化学生的实践能力培养,达到提高教学实训有效度的目的。The teaching of fan performance testing had many problems, such as teaching demonstration method was single, experimental teaching conditions was insufficient and experimental environment was poor cause the experiment cannot be carried out. To solve these problems, the virtual simulation experiment teaching system for fan performance testing was designed and constructed independently. The virtual teaching system was based on the testing experiment of coal mine main fan. A networked and three-dimensional interactive virtual simulation teaching platform was developed, which built a bridge between students and real fan for testing experiments. The system mainly includes two functional modules: virtual teaching and virtual experiment. Through intelligent and ubiquitous virtual experiment teaching mode, it can help students and trainers conduct experiments unlimited by time and place. Teaching efficiency and students’ enthusiasm and initiative were greatly improved, students’ interest and potential in learning was stimulated, and students’ practical ability was enhanced. The purpose of improving the effectiveness of teaching training was achieved.
