摘　　要：目的分析医院科研产出与临床医疗能力及人才培养的相关性,探讨优化医院管理、提升医院科研效率路径。方法搜集2014至2018年我院11个临床重点科室相关指标信息进行回顾性研究,采用定性研究专家咨询法和定量研究Pearson相关分析法,探讨科室科研产出指标(课题立项数、论文发表数、科研经费总额、专利、临床试验项目)与临床医疗能力指标(医务性收入占比、三级医院间重大会诊次数、国家级学术会议报告)和人才培养指标(论著编写数、全日制博士毕业生数、开展国家级继续教育次数)的变化趋势及相关性。结果 2014至2018年11个重点科室中,专利、课题立项数、论文发表数呈稳定增长,临床试验项目呈波动增长;临床医疗能力指标和人才培养指标均呈稳定增长。其中科室科研产出指标的课题立项数、论文发表数、专利均与临床医疗能力指标的三级医院间重大会诊次数、医务性收入占比、国家级学术会议报告人次呈显著相关(P值均<0.05);课题立项数与开展国家级继续教育次数、论文发表数与全日制博士毕业生数、专利与全日制博士毕业生数呈两两显著相关(r值分别为0.79、0.64、0.80;P值均<0.05)。结论科研产出、临床医疗能力与人才培养三者相关性显著,相辅相成,互相影响,是医院学科建设协同发展须综合考虑的因素。Objective To analyze the correlation between hospital research output and clinical competency and personnel cultivation, and explore the path to optimize hospital management and improve hospital research efficiency. Methods A retrospective review of 11 clinically-focused departments was conducted from 2014 to 2018. Expert consultation method and Pearson correlation analysis, The trends and correlations of departmental research output indicators(number of projects, publications, total research funding,patents, clinical trial projects) with clinical medical capability indicators(percentage of medical revenue, number of major consultations among tertiary hospitals, reports of national academic conferences) and talent cultivation indicators(number of theses written, number of full-time doctoral graduates and number of continuing national education conducted) were explored using expert consultation method and Pearson correlation analysis.Results From 2014 to 2018, among the 11 key departments, the number of patents, projects, and publications showed stable growth, while the number of clinical trial projects showed fluctuating growth. The indicators of clinical medical capability and personnel cultivation all showed steady growth. Among them, the number of projects, publications, and patents of the research output indexes of the departments were significantly correlated with the number of major consultations among tertiary hospitals, the proportion of medical income,and the number of conferees reports of national academic conferences of the clinical medical capacity indexes(all P < 0.05). The number of projects was significantly correlated with the number of continuing national education, the total amount of research funding, the number of publications, the number of full-time doctoral graduates, and the number of patents and full-time doctoral graduates(r=0.79, 0.64, 0.80;all P < 0.05).Conclusion The correlation between hospital research output, clinical competency, and personnel cultivation is significant, complement
