摘　　要：探讨传染病医院建筑设计方案在抗击新冠疫情中的重要作用。在综合住院病区设计中,按传染病设计理念,我院整体楼栋分区包括清洁区、半污染区、污染区。根据风向分区包括上风向医务人员办公、宿舍区;中间为综合病区;下风向为传染病区、污物区。我院严格遵循五分流、三区三通道的原则,设置负压病房、重症监护室、手术室等区域。本文中,笔者旨在分析我院传染病医院建筑设计理念在新冠疫情中的应用价值,以期为临床工作提供借鉴。To explore the important role of infectious disease hospital building design in combating the COVID-19 epidemic situation. The overall building partitioning includes clean zone, semi-polluted zone, and polluted zone. According to the wind direction, partitioning includes upwind medical staff office and dormitory zone;in the middle is the comprehensive disease zone;downwind is the infectious disease zone and dirt zone. Our hospital strictly follows the principle of five diversions, three zones and three channels, sets up negative pressure(wards, ICU, operating rooms), etc. In this paper, the author aims to analyse the value of applying the architectural design concept of our infectious disease hospital in COVID-19, to provide reference for clinical work.
