医生职业成长的5个境界

摘　　要：根据医生职业特点,对其职业成长过程中不断达到的层次和维度进行了分类,首次提出了“专技型、专病型、全身型、全程型和全心型”5个境界的观点,并对每个境界的特点进行了分析,以期为医生自身职业发展的阶段评价和目标定位提供参考。Based on the occupation characteristics of doctors,we classify the specialized levels that doctors could reach during the progressive development of their profession,innovatively present the viewpoint of five vocational state levels:skill-specialized state,disease-specialized state,systemic state,whole-course state,and wholehearted state,and analyze the characteristics of each state,in order to provide reference for the phased evaluation and goal orientation of doctors'own vocational development.
