摘　　要：加强药事管理是建立健全现代医院管理制度的重要内容。某大型综合医院基于医院药事管理的实践,提出系列药事管理举措,取得一定成效。本文介绍了该院主要药事管理举措,并对实践效果及实践过程中的关键点和重要环节进行分析,为医疗机构药事管理工作提供借鉴和参考。Strengthening the pharmaceutical administration is an important part of establishing a sound modern hospital management system.Based on the practice of hospital pharmaceutical administration,a large general hospital put forward a series of pharmaceutical administration measures and achieved certain results.This article introduces the hospital's main pharmaceutical administration measures,and analyzes the practical effects and key points and important links in the practice process to provide reference and reference for the pharmaceutical administration of medical institutions.
