摘　　要：新时期医院在着力医学科技创新及成果转化的同时,应更加重视医学科研成果的传播工作,协调发挥好医学科技创新和医学科普的“两翼”作用。笔者从医院做好医学科研成果传播重要意义入手,分析医学科研成果传播中存在的问题,提出全局把握、系统策划,推动医院科研成果传播工作常态化;引入绩效考核机制,提升医学科研成果传播管理水平;提升意识、提高素养,保持医学科研成果传播活力;讲好医学科研故事,营造尊重科学的良好氛围;融媒体助力,充分发挥传播效用的优化策略。In the new era,hospitals should pay more attention to the dissemination of medical scientific research achievements while focusing on the breakthrough and transformation of medical science and technology,and coordinate the‘two wings’role of medical science and technology innovation and medical science popularization.Starting from the significance of medical scientific research achievements dissemination in hospitals,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the dissemination of medical scientific research achievements,puts forward the overall grasp and systematic planning to promote the normalization of hospital scientific research achievements dissemination,introduces the performance appraisal mechanism to improve the management level of medical scientific research achievements dissemination,improves the awareness and quality to maintain the vitality of medical scientific research achievements dissemination,and puts forward some suggestions Medical Research story,to create a good atmosphere of respect for science;with the help of media,to give full play to the effectiveness of communication optimization strategy.
